Wiener Bans Public Nudity in San Francisco!

No they didn’t! We at BUTT headquarters were shocked to hear that yesterday San Francisco City Supervisor Scott Wiener and friends voted 6-5 in favor of an ordinance that prohibits exposed genitalia in public places.

Under Wiener, a first offense will cost you a $100 fine, but prosecutors could charge up to $500 — and lock you up in jail for a year — for a third violation. They say there’ll be exceptions made for street fairs, such as gay pride, Folsom, etc. But still, it feels like the liberal dream of the city has been tainted.
