Who loves hot bear bum? Lee Campbell’s horny finger does in in ‘F.I.L.F. (Finger. I Like Fucking)’. In the London poet’s contribution to our ‘FIXATIONS’ film series with The One Minutes, his digit stops to check out the ass of a barista who’s turned around to serve up a little extra foam. Yum. A self-professed “lockdown poet”, Lee really got riffing in 2020. How would you describe your poetry?
Punk-inspired, flirtatious and audacious!
Who is your biggest poetic influence?
No one singular, but I particularly like contemporary poets in the post-punk performance poetry scene like Attila the Stockbroker and Redeeming Features.
Do you indeed like finger-fucking?
Let me ask my finger that question! Finger says ‘No comment’.
What’s your favorite place to get off in London?
I’ve been in a relationship for nearly 15 years, so my days of getting off with someone on the hedonistic gay scene in London are well behind me!
“No lube / Use Bubblegum”. Ouch. Have you ever tried or seen this done?
No, but that line makes for a bloody good rhyme in the F.I.L.F poem.
Any advice to asspiring gay poets?
Be brave, take risks, and be unapologetic about what you write about (unless of course you write homophobic shit and other forms of being an offensive prick etc.)
