As a kind of coda to last week's chat with Larusson & Pyszczek, here's a drawing from Tom of Finland's 'Circus'. It was one in a series of comic books with the well-drawn Pekka (his other adventures included 'The Loggers', 'The Rope' and 'Sex in the Shed'). These two — 'Ladies and Gentlemen! The Flying Fuckers!' — were the centerfold.

Not long after they hooked up, Travis Larusson (31) and Przemek Pyszczek (26) began making art. They went on a series of ‘non-dates', like to Home Depot where they made out in the parking lot and bought wood, and to Value Village. They picked up a Super 8 camera, used it to make short films of themselves jerking off to the Tom of Finland page in In Touch magazine. But they quickly outgrew Winnipeg's smalltown attitude, and fled to Berlin in 2010. In a Kreuzberg studio, they've been crafting a body of work (portraits, drawings and oil paintings) that use those found Tom of Finland drawings as their primary source of inspiration.

BUTT loves figurative art. Especially Czech sculptress Irena Sedlecka's bronze statue — made at the height of her powers — of Freddie Mercury at Wembley Stadium during Queen's Live Aid show in 1985. The statue, which is almost 10 feet tall, is seen here looking out on Lake Geneva. Artist Aleksandra Mir would like to see him back in the UK and has created a proposal, 'Freddie on the Plinth', to bring him back.

Read moreBROOKLYN, NEW YORK — ‘Why don't we just go back to my apartment and take some E?’ Ken suggested. At Ken's apartment, Scott went to the kitchen and brought out some herbal E packets, and we each took one. We went into the living room, and Scott and Ken sat down next to each other on the sofa while I sat on a chair facing them. They began to kiss. I considered the situation in front of me...

Persistent Andrés has been sending us photos of his ass since last fall. This one stuck for some reason. Maybe it's the way the horizontal shadows — we adore shadows — curve around the contours of his fuzzy asscheeks. Andrés is a young playwright based in London and New York.

This fetishistic footballer drawing comes courtesy of Paul in Berlin. He made it while at the Academy of Fine Arts Vienna, which is, according to Paul, a liberal pocket in the not-so-liberal country of Austria. There he spent the last few years under the guidance of nurturing mentor Matthias Herrmann. Paul aspires to make art which is just as queer. This particular drawing is from a series of drawings he made of some of his studio mates who posed in jockstraps, sport socks, and other athletic kit.

To round off BUTT's monthlong (okay, lifelong) obsession with cruising, we caught up with Paul Knight, who has spent the past year photographing London’s decommissioned public toilets. He also has a keen interest in the ones that are still functioning, as they’re the perfect place in which to have a quickie. Last week, Oskar and Paul headed out for a stroll around some of the city's many closed privies.
